"World Class Chihuahuas" Health Guarantee

1-Year Congenital / Genetic Disorders Guarantee:

 

Our puppy health guarantee covers all severe hereditary and congenital disorders which may adversely affect the health of the puppy and considered as a life threatening or potentially cause death (euthanasia).

To be granted for the Health Guarantee solutions the Buyer must notify the Breeder the same day when this genetic life-threatening illness had been diagnosed by licensed Veterinarian within 12-months period.

Expenses for any further Veterinarian treatments and hospitalization charges taken by Buyer will NOT be covered.

In order to be granted with this Health Guarantee solutions the Buyer (the Puppy Owner) must follow terms and conditions stated in the Agreement. New puppy owner has to enroll the Puppy with Pet INSURANCE Plan to cover any possible medical expenses in the future.

3-Days Contagious Illness / Infectious Disease Guarantee:

 

Our puppy health guarantee covers any contagious illness or infectious disease (such as distemper, canine parvovirus, ear infection, internal organs inflammation etc.) that results in clinical illness for 3 days following the original purchase date. 

If, within 3 days of the original purchase date, a licensed veterinarian certifies that, at the time of sale, the puppy was unfit for purchase due to existing illness or disease, the presence of symptoms of a contagious or infectious disease, the client will be afforded the right to return the puppy for a full refund, or exchange the puppy for another puppy of equivalent value.

The client must immediately notify World Class Chihuahuas ® that the puppy was found to be unfit for purchase and to present written certification by a licensed veterinarian.

Your new puppy must be covered by Pet Insurance Plan throughout the entire period of the Health Guarantee contract.
